Jain Homes 1 mein parking allotment kya sach mein fair hai? From my experience, security systems, especially CCTV placement, tenant attraction ke liye kitne important hain? Seems like builders just tick boxes.

Ghaziabad mein waise bhi small builders ka track record theek nahi hai, especially with these smaller projects. Current market conditions mein toh aur dikkat hai, buyers ke paas options kam hain aur builders leverage lete hain. It's a tough situation for first-time buyers trying to find something reliable within budget. Jain Homes 1 kaafi risky lag raha hai.

Mera ek cousin Ahinsa Khand 1 mein property dekh raha tha, wahan bhi builder ne park aur gym ka promise kiya tha. Possession ke baad pata chala ki bas ek chota sa patch hai, aur gym ka naamोनिशान nahi. Jain Homes ka bhi yahi haal lag raha hai. Parking toh sabse pehle gayab hoti hai ya fir itni tight hoti hai ki gaadi nikalna mushkil. Security systems sirf naam ke hote hain, cameras chalte hi nahi. Builders ka trust factor toh zero ho gaya hai.
Totally relate U4! Builders sirf brochures mein dikhate hain. Mera bhi experience kharab raha ek project mein jahan promised amenities kabhi complete hi nahi hui.
₹10-12 Lakhs for only 3 units and no RERA oversight? Sounds like a high-risk investment, especially for a first home. Budget conscious buyers ke liye toh aur bhi dikkat hai.
Sach mein yaar, ye parking aur security ka bahut bada concern hai. Maine Jain Homes 1 ke baare mein dekha tha, Propmyna pe 'Rera Not Required' likha hai. Ye kaise possible hai? Aur total units sirf 3 hain, is this even a proper society? Mujhe toh bahut fishy lag raha hai, koi explain kar sakta hai kya?
U2, RERA act usually applies to projects with more than 8 units or covering an area of 500 sq meters. Toh agar 3 units hain, it's possible RERA registration is not mandatory. But still, it raises questions about project scale aur future management.

Parking allotment aur security systems, especially CCTV, are usually the first things they cut corners on. Mera ek friend Afzalpur mein ek project mein phasa tha, wahan bhi yahi hua. Tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab basic amenities hain, par builders ko sirf sale se matlab hai. It's frustrating for first-time buyers like us who put our life savings into this. Lagta hai sirf tick boxes hi karte hain, quality se koi lena-dena nahi.
