Been seeing so many ads, it's hard to know what's real. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, right? Heard mixed things about on-time delivery. Like, Supertech... delays ka toh scene hi alag hai. And what about post-possession maintenance? Heard some societies are charging crazy amounts. Amrapali ka toh sabko pata hai, but who's genuinely good now? Any thoughts on resale value down the line? Anyone actually made money?
