Builder reputations matter more than floor rise PLC, right?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm stuck choosing between builders. Gaursons Gaurs Platinum Towers looks good, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. I'm worried about possession delays and hidden charges. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Gaurs? Need property manager recs too!
