Builder RERA compliance: Your real experiences?

Just moved into my SLS Developers flat and I'm wondering about legal checks. What's the best way to verify a builder's RERA compliance and track record? Is RERA actually effective for project delays, especially after hearing about Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 issues?

SLS Developers? Never heard of them. Are you sure they have projects listed on RERA? That's the first thing I check when looking at builders.

Sahi keh rahe ho. I just quickly checked the official RERA Karnataka site. SLS Developers shows '0' total registered projects. This is a huge red flag, OP, you need to verify this urgently.
