Builder se directly deal karna better hai ya broker ke through Gurgaon mein? Terra Infracon ke ek project ke liye broker ne kuch discount bola tha, but builder office mein jaake pata chala wo to hai hi nahi. Is this common? Kya brokers bas price inflate karte hain ya unke paas bhi real deals hoti hain? Especially Golf Course Extension side, prices already high hain. Bohot confusion hai yaar.

Bhai, same exact cheez mere saath bhi hui thi. Ek broker ne Dwarka Expressway ke paas ek project mein 5% discount bola, jab builder office gaya toh unhone seedha mana kar diya. Bolte hain unke paas koi special deal nahi hai. Lagta hai yeh sab brokers ki marketing gimmick hoti hai bas to get us in the door. Bahut frustating hai yaar.
