Builder se kitna discount Gurugram mein?
Everyone says negotiation is dead in Gurugram, especially for new projects, but I honestly don't believe it. Fed up of renting, yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge to buy. Looking at places around Sector 46, maybe a 3BHK. Bestech ke projects bhi dekhe hain. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. Builder se directly kitna discount mil sakta hai, realistically? Kya 5-7% bhi possible hai, ya sirf token amount hi dete hain? Aur secondary market mein negotiation ka scene kaisa hai? Log bolte hain wahan zyada room hota hai. Plus, these hidden charges – OC, maintenance deposit, PLC – they really add up later, right? What's the best way to factor those in upfront, total cost of acquisition ke liye? Koi experience hai toh share karo. Change my mind if you think builders won't budge at all.
