Builder 'spot discounts' are a total scam, change my mind

Not proud of this but I almost believed the 'spot discount' drama for my Salarpuria Sattva flat in Habsiguda. Builders always claim no negotiation, but end mein they suddenly offer a 'spot discount'. Matlab, pehle hi price inflate karte hain kya? I paid 90L for my 3BHK. This 'no negotiation' policy is a facade. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the OP! Salarpuria Sattva in Habsiguda is not the only one. I was looking at a project in Attapur, and the sales guy gave me the same 'spot discount, valid only today' BS. It's like they think we're born yesterday. My budget is 85L, and they were quoting 95L then magically dropped to 88L. Matlab, pehle se hi inflated tha na?
