Okay I'll be honest — I know the real estate game, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking seriously at Renowned Lotus Srishti in Ghaziabad, especially with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway making connectivity better. I'm wary about construction quality; heard stories about plaster cracks and seepage in some Ghaziabad projects after a year. How is Renowned Group on this for Lotus Srishti? Also, customer support post-booking is a huge concern. Do they actually pick up calls or just ghost you? And the big one: hidden charges. Did anyone get hit with unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits right before possession? Just trying to get real, off-the-record experiences before I commit.

Totally agree with the post title, bhai! Builder support after you've paid is like finding a unicorn in Ghaziabad. They're all sweet talk before, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. I'm also looking in Ghaziabad and this Renowned Lotus Srishti sounds like a gamble.
