Builder track record is the only thing that matters for under-construction projects, everything else is just marketing. I'm based in Dubai and eyeing Varasinduri Rings Avenue for investment, ₹48-65L range. My biggest concern is project delivery. Builder ka track record kaisa hai? Have they delivered previous projects on time, or are delays common? I can't do site visits myself, so relying heavily on ground info here. RERA status toh check kiya hai, but actual construction progress kitna match karta hai unke timelines se? NRI investor ke liye legal clarity aur on-time possession bahut critical hai, warna power of attorney se manage karna mushkil ho jaata hai. Any direct experiences with this builder?
