Is anyone actually checking a builder's RERA history properly before booking in Sohna? Hum log JMS The Nation ya Eka Life/Dhoot Group jaise projects dekh rahe hain for a 3BHK on Sohna Road, but my wife's worried about legal issues baad mein. Builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? RERA website pe bas registration number milta hai, but past project delays ka track record kaise pata chale? Kids ke future ke liye bahut important hai, you know.

Guys, I'm really torn. Sohna Road pe JMS The Nation ya Eka Life/Dhoot Group ke projects dekh rahe hain 3BHK ke liye. But meri wife ko bahut tension ho rahi hai legal issues ki.
