Builder track records: What's the real story?
Been following the Noida Extension market for a year now from Dubai, planning an investment. I'm looking at Trivor Urbania City (upcoming) and Buildvision Group Royal Residency. Can't do a site inspection myself, so community views are crucial. Trivor is new, but Buildvision's Royal Residency is pricier. Builder ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery, quality, aur documentation smoothness? This is bahut important for an overseas investor like me, especially needing a property manager. Also, rental potential kya lagta hai for these? Which one would attract better tenants and provide decent ROI? Aur resale market mein kaunsa project better perform karega in 5-7 years? Your ground-level insights are super important for me to make a decision.

Koi loophole hai ya sach mein itna naya hai ki RERA mein aaya hi nahi abhi tak? Overseas investor ke liye yeh red flag lag raha hai.
