Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Hyderabad, mainly for investment. I've seen this pattern before: builders promise full power backup, but it's usually just common areas, right? Like with Sattva Lake Ridge, the brochure says '100% power backup' but for flats, it's often limited points. This really affects tenant attraction and yields, especially if they're WFH. Also, water supply reliability – is it tankered water dependency ya proper HMWSSB supply? Agar frequent tanker calls hain, maintenance badh jaati hai. And elevator quality and maintenance response time? Does this actually impact your ROI calculation ya I'm overthinking it?
