I'm looking at MMD Provica Homes, but honestly, I'm so wary after my current place. Brochure mein dikhate kuch aur hain, milta kuch aur hai. Like the 'world-class clubhouse' that's just a small hall, ya phir the 'landscaped gardens' jo bas concrete paths hain. My current building had so many seepage issues within the first year, fittings bhi loose ho gaye. Is the price jump for these so-called premium projects really worth it? Ya phir construction quality aur delivered amenities ka yahi haal hoga? Kya MMD Provica Homes ka track record sahi hai is maamle mein? Already have a home loan, don't want to regret again.

Noida real estate market mein abhi bhi bahut options hain, especially for 1.5 Cr budget. Aapko Sector 150 ya even Alpha I Greater Noida mein achhe projects mil sakte hain jinka RERA registered hai aur amenities bhi decent hain. Don't rush into anything. Check reviews on multiple platforms, not just the builder's website. Aur site visit pe amenities ki actual photos lo, brochure ki nahi.

Totally agree. My cousin bought in Alistonia Estate and faced similar issues with amenities. It's better to invest in a project with a proven track record, even if it's slightly older. The current market conditions are good for buyers who do their homework.
MMD Provica Homes toh already completed hai, possession date Jan 2023 dikha raha hai. Toh aap site visit karke khud dekh sakte ho amenities kaise hain. Brochures pe zyada bharosa mat karo. Lekin budget mismatch ka point sahi hai, 1.5 Cr mein aapko aur high-end options milenge. Shayad aapko 3BHK ke liye MMD Provica Homes mein 2 units lene padenge, haha.
Agar completed hai toh RERA ki zarurat nahi hoti kya? Mujhe lagta hai RERA toh har project ke liye mandatory hai ab. Isse toh aur doubt ho raha hai builder pe. Aur 18 units matlab society bhi chhoti hogi, maintenance ka bhi issue aa sakta hai.

MMD Provica Homes ki price range toh 42L se 88L hai as per Propmyna. Aapka budget 1.5 Cr hai, toh shayad aapko koi aur project dekhna chahiye? Ya phir aap shayad kisi aur project ki baat kar rahe ho? Unka RERA number bhi Not Applicable dikha raha hai, jo thoda risky ho sakta hai. Aur units bhi sirf 18 hain, itna chhota project.
