Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Bangalore, EMI vs rent math ab samajh aa raha hai. Fed up of paying landlord, finally taking the plunge. Builders like Prestige, Sobha, and Brigade ke projects dekhe hain, especially Sarjapur Road. My biggest worry is hidden charges. PLC, EDC ke alawa aur kya unexpected costs aate hain possession pe? Builder ka track record kaisa hai for transparency on these? Also, construction quality mein kaun better hai? Suna hai many builders skimp on finishing.
