₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road is already stretching my budget. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Electronic City, thinking of upgrading. Builders like Prestige aur Sobha, unke hidden charges kya hote hain possession ke time? PLC, IDC, registry fees, sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? My home loan toh already chal raha hai, don't want surprises. Any tips to negotiate these upfront, ya pehle se hi add kar ke chalna chahiye?
