Bhai, totally relate! Main bhi Sector 150 mein dekh raha tha aur NS Promoters ka naam sunke thoda confused ho gaya. RERA registration toh dikhta hai, but kya woh guarantee hai? Mere ek friend ne bataya tha ki RERA mein complaint daalne ke baad bhi saalon lag jaate hain resolution mein. Woh bol raha tha ki sirf online data pe bharosa mat karna. Koi hidden clauses ya construction quality issues kaise pata chalenge? Bahut tension hai yaar.
