Buildiko Spring Woods — I'm seriously eyeing this project for a long-term investment. Pre-launch mein prices kaafi low the, abhi ₹2.3 Cr se shuru ho raha hai. Is there still good capital appreciation potential left for an investor, ya peak ho gaya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? I heard kuch past projects mein delays hue hain, but not sure about Spring Woods. Has anyone here had experience with Buildiko? And rental yield expectations kya hain once it's ready for possession? Long-term ROI ke liye dekh raha hoon, so ghost society risk ya high investor ratio ka issue toh nahi hoga na? Need genuine opinions.

Buildiko Spring Woods? Bhai, builder ka track record sunke hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek friend ne unke pichle project, Buildiko Grand Residency mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal late delivery mili usko. Spring Woods ke liye bhi RERA possession date 2027-10-01 hai. Kya lagta hai, time pe deliver karenge ya phir se delay hoga?
