Original possession date se 1.5 saal upar ho gaye hain, aur koi clear timeline nahi hai. Is delay se capital appreciation par kitna farak padega? Rental yield ka bhi doubt ho raha hai ab. Builder ka track record pehle toh theek laga tha, ab lagta hai galat call le li. Koi aur hai jiska paisa Buildvision mein fasa hai? Kya karna chahiye ab?

Oh no! Same problem with Buildvision, not Royal Residency, but another project. Inka toh pattern hai delays ka. Builder credibility toh zero ho gayi hai ab.

Totally agree! Mera bhi ek project Alpha II mein inka fasa hua hai. Builder ka toh trust hi uth gaya, sirf promises karte hain.
