Maine bhi ek developer ke 'cheaper' project mein invest kiya tha, bola tha 2 saal mein possession, ab 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak sirf pillars khade hain. RERA number check karna bahut zaroori hai. Bulland Calisto ke RERA numbers toh hain (UPRERAPRJ5548, UPRERAPRJ16402, UPRERAPRJ16437) but track record bhi dekhna padega. RTM is always safer, even if it costs a bit more initially.
U4, Bulland Group ka mixed bag hai. Unke kuch projects time pe deliver hue hain, but delays bhi common hain. Calisto mein 968 units hain, it's a huge project. Sometimes, bigger projects face more issues. Connectivity wise, both are decent if you're looking at Greater Noida West, but GD might have slightly better last-mile connectivity already being RTM.
