Bulland Group Suryodaya: Do amenities match promises?

Bulland Group Suryodaya Towers – I'm based in Dubai and looking at this project for investment. Can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on community feedback. Are the promised amenities actually delivered at possession, or is it mostly marketing? For those who bought, were there major snagging issues like cracks or seepage after a year? Does this hit resale value later?
