Is anyone else sick of Noida projects promising the moon for amenities but delivering cracks and leaks within a year? I'm based in Dubai, eyeing Bulland Group Suryodaya, but honestly, does construction quality ever hold up? Everyone talks about flashy amenities, but what about the actual build affecting resale value and tenant issues later? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, Bulland Group ka toh pata nahi, but mera ek friend hai usne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek project mein invest kiya tha. Builder ne possession 2 saal late diya aur ab society mein maintenance issues khatam hi nahi hote. Lift kharab, pani tapakta hai. ₹22-32 L ka budget hai toh bahut carefully choose karna. Mera toh experience yahi raha hai ki jab tak khud jaake site visit na karo, kisike kehne pe mat jaao.

Exactly! Amenities toh bas aankhon mein dhool jhokne ke liye hote hain. Main bhi yahi soch raha tha Suryodaya ke baare mein. Itna budget hai nahi ki risk lein.
Totally agree with you, U1! Noida builders ka yahi haal hai. Flashy brochures, but andar se sab khokla. Bulland Group ka track record kaisa hai waise? Suna hai inke projects mein delays bahut hote hain.
