Totally agree with the OP. Suryodaya Towers ka naam bahut suna hai, especially because of its price range (₹22 L – ₹32 L). But quality aur maintenance ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Mera ek friend ka experience bahut kharab raha hai Greater Noida West mein, construction quality itni bekar thi ki within a year, seepage aur lift issues shuru ho gaye. Yahan par bhi same problem na ho jaaye, especially considering the possession date was 2017-12-01. Resale value toh tabhi achhi milegi jab society well-maintained ho.
