Buying a flat in Ghaziabad was the right move, despite the high EMIs

Just got possession of my 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension last month, costed me around ₹65L. Ab sochta hoon, was renting in Indirapuram for ₹18k better? Ya phir thoda aur wait karna chahiye tha for market correction? What do you guys think, rent vs buy, which makes more sense in Ghaziabad now, considering current rates and future infra like Delhi-Meerut Expressway?
