Honestly, I'm feeling totally lost trying to buy property in Bengaluru from Dubai. Dekho, I'm looking at a 2BHK around Sarjapur Road ya Electronic City, maybe Prestige ya Sobha. Budget ₹1.3Cr tak hai. But how do you vet builders, check OC/CC, or even manage rentals without being there? PoA ka scene bhi bohot risky lagta hai. Is it even worth it for an NRI to invest blindly?
