What's a realistic carpet area percentage for a 3BHK in Bangalore? I'm looking at Keya Homes in K R Puram, and their super area vs carpet area ratio seems a bit off. I know the builder tricks, but for a 1400 sqft unit, the actual usable space feels much less. What efficiency should I aim for?
