Did a site visit to Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 last month and honestly, the finish quality was... interesting. I'm in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you, especially about snag lists. What's your experience with actual snagging process post-possession in Pune? Any specific things people miss? I'm trying to avoid future headaches.
