I work in real estate, but buying a flat for myself, even in Paradise Green Plaza, has been an eye-opener. Builders promise a lot, but jab possession milta hai, tab asli picture dikhti hai. I'm talking about seepage, wall cracks, fittings ki quality, sab ek saal mein hi down ho jaati hai. This affects my resale value big time and maintenance costs bhi badha deta hai. Tenant attraction par bhi asar padta hai, kaun lega flat jahan itni problems ho? Promised amenities like a fancy clubhouse or sports facilities? Often they're just on paper ya the quality is so bad, no one uses them. Is anyone else facing these snag list nightmares after a year or two? Kya kiya aap logon ne?

Ab toh lagta hai Alpha II ya Alistonia Estate mein resale flat hi le loon. Kam se kam jo dikhta hai, wahi milta hai. Naye projects ka bas naam hi acha hota hai, andar se sab khokla.

Same pinch, U9! Budget mein achha flat milna mushkil ho gaya hai, aur upar se ye builder ke kaand. Bahut frustration hoti hai.

2026-12-01? That's almost 3 years away! Iss beech kitni baar dates extend hongi, kaun jaane. Mera ek relative Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek project mein phasa hua hai, 2020 ki possession thi, ab tak nahi mili. Builder bas bahane bana raha hai.
U5, project ONGOING hai as per RERA. But speed ka kuch keh nahi sakte. Possession date 2026-12-01 hai, which is quite far off. Builders often use this long window to manage delays.

Totally agree! Mere ek dost ne bhi ek project mein flat liya tha, ek saal mein hi bathroom se seepage shuru ho gayi. It's a nightmare.
