Buying for myself: Ireo Grand Hyatt Mohali dilemma

Since January, Ireo Grand Hyatt Mohali mere radar par hai. I work in real estate, so I know marketing fluff. But buying for myself, I need honest opinions. Amenities ka ground reality kya hai? Are they genuinely useful, or just for show? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Daily convenience and schools nearby, how good are they? Is it truly a good home, or just luxury on paper?

Bhai, Ireo Grand Hyatt Mohali toh sirf naam ka Grand lag raha hai. Maine bhi dekha hai isko. ₹14.5 Cr se shuruat, are we serious? First-time buyer ke liye toh yeh astronomical hai. Pata nahi mere jaise budget-conscious log kaise afford karenge. Amenities ke naam pe sirf dikhawa toh nahi hai na? Anyone actually living there? Real ground reality chahiye yaar.
