Buying for myself, not for clients – Greater Noida query

Since January I've been looking at 3BHKs around Sector 150. I work in real estate but buying for myself feels different. Prices seem high now, not sure if Greater Noida still has significant appreciation left for 2026-27. Is the Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway impact already baked in? Or is there more upside?

Bhai, exactly same situation! Main bhi Jan se dekh raha hoon Sector 150 mein 3BHK. Lagta hai prices abhi peak par hain. Jewar aur FNG ka hype already prices mein dikh raha hai, aur kitna badhega ab? Darr lag raha hai kahin overpay na kar doon.
