Honestly, being in real estate, I thought buying for myself would be easy, but it's a completely different ballgame. Raj Nagar Extension mein I'm looking, par confused hoon if it's already peaked. Prices kafi badh gaye hain, lagta hai. Kya abhi bhi undervalued projects mil sakte hain wahan? Or has the good ROI window closed? End-user perspective se bhi, which sectors within RNE are still value for money for a 2BHK? Actual carpet area pe kya rate chal raha hai? Off-the-record opinions needed.

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying. RNE kaafi hype mein hai no doubt, but mujhe bhi lagta hai ki prices have gone a bit crazy. Peaked toh nahi bolunga, but value for money dhundhna ab mushkil ho gaya hai. Mera budget bhi limited hai, aur jo mil raha hai woh ya toh bahut chhota hai ya overpriced. Bohut nervous feel ho raha hai.
