Buying in Budget Homes now is a mistake.

₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Budget Homes — is this the new normal? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent fir badha diya hai. Finally thinking of taking the plunge in Bangalore. But yaar, Budget Homes mein prices pichle 1-2 saal mein bahut badh gaye hain, right? Matlab, EMI vs rent math ab bhi favourable lag raha hai, but not sure if I should wait. Has anyone bought there recently? Kya aapko lagta hai prices aur upar jayenge, ya yeh peak hai? Should I buy now or wait out a bit more?
