Buying in Delhi: did I miss the boat?

Did anyone time their Delhi property purchase perfectly? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm honestly confused. Should I jump now in Vasant Kunj for a 3BHK (₹3Cr budget) or wait till 2026-27? Kya lagta hai, market ne peak kar liya hai ya aur upar jayega? Builders like DLF are still launching, but ROI ka kya scene hai? White money investment kitna safe hai?
