2.5 years in Dubai, and I'm seriously looking at Ghaziabad property now. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK, maybe in Indirapuram or Crossings Republik. Builders like Gaurs or ATS are on my radar. But yaar, without visiting, how do you trust? I can't do site inspections myself, so relying on power of attorney feels risky. Is white money investment safe there, ya phir bahut jhanjhat hai? Also, for rental income, are advertised yields real? I'd need a property manager, but finding a trustworthy one is another headache. Any advice on managing property from abroad, especially the legal side and rental management? Kya kisi ne MSS Group ke saath deal kiya hai from outside India?
