Buying in Gurugram now — my honest dilemma

Gurugram's market feels like it's riding a huge wave right now. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at a 3BHK, maybe on Golf Course Extension Road or near Dwarka Expressway, like Sector 102. Prices for builders like DLF or M3M are just... wild. Everyone's talking about Dwarka Expressway completion. Is this going to push prices even higher, or are we already near the peak? I'm honestly not sure if I should jump in now or wait for a potential correction. What are your thoughts on market timing for a 2-3 year hold?
