Okay I'll be honest — I'm so fed up with renting in Mohali. My landlord in Sector 29 just raised rent again. I'm finally looking to buy, thinking EMI can't be worse. Is it really the right time to switch from paying rent to an EMI? My math says it's close, but I'm worried about hidden costs. What are people's thoughts on EMI vs rent for a 2BHK in Mohali right now?
