Buying in Sohna: The super area game is real.

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 37 sounds okay, but the super area vs carpet area game builders play is getting ridiculous. I'm looking at M2K Group, and the difference is huge. It seriously inflates the per sqft rate, making the actual usable space feel overpriced. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, these tricks still sting. How much super area percentage are people actually accepting in Sohna projects? Is there any way to push back on this effectively during negotiations?
