Buying in Whitefield — real quality and support?

Okay I'll be honest — buying for myself is tougher than selling. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Whitefield, maybe Prestige or Sobha, around ₹1.2 Cr. What's the *actual* construction quality like post-possession? Any plaster cracks or seepage issues? And how's their customer support after booking? Do they just ghost you after the sale deed?

Bhai, Whitefield mein 1.2 Cr for 2BHK from Prestige/Sobha is a stretch, unless it's a really old project or small carpet area. Quality wise, both are premium but post-possession customer support is a hit or miss for *any* big builder. They usually have a maintenance team, but getting them to fix minor issues can be a headache.
