Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 114 online, mostly Alton Buildtech. Found a 3BHK I really like, seems well-priced for an NRI investment. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a site inspection myself. My main worry now is the post-booking phase. For registration and future rental management, I'd need a power of attorney. How reliable are these processes from abroad? I'm honestly not sure about finding a trustworthy property manager for rental yields. Any experiences with this in Mohali?

Bhai, Alton Buildtech ka track record check kiya kya? Sector 114 mein bahut delays sunne ko mil rahe hain. NRI ho toh aur careful rehna padta hai, yahan toh local buyers ko bhi ghuma dete hain. POA se bhi zyada important hai builder ka reputation.
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Alton ka naam sunke mujhe bhi doubt hua tha. Unka koi specific project hai kya jismein delay hua ho? Ya general reputation ki baat kar rahe ho? Mujhe laga Mohali
