Builders like Yashika Real Estate in Manesar are pushing new projects, but aren't older areas like Sector 82-84 already seeing some price correction? Should I focus on secondary market deals for better value? Seems like new projects ka PLC aur floor-rise premium kaafi high hai. What's the real scene for value buys? Disagree? Tell me why.
