Essel Gardens keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Dekho, builders quote some crazy per sqft numbers, but all-in price with PLC, OC, everything, it's easily 20-25% more. I'm seeing 3BHKs cross 1.8 Cr. Is this price surge sustainable, ya bas bubble hai? Kya lagta hai, correction aayega 2026 tak?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Essel Gardens ka naam toh maine bhi suna hai, but 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in this market? Bahut zyada lag raha hai. I'm also a first-time buyer and this budget is just insane. Lagta hai correction aayega hi.
