Buying my own home: Adani Oyster Grande reality check
Honestly, even after working in real estate for years, buying my own place is a whole different ball game. I'm seriously looking at Adani Oyster Grande Tower G in Sector 102. Price tag ₹5.99 Cr–₹9.59 Cr hai, so I'm trying to cut through the marketing fluff. Builder claims are one thing, but actual daily livability ka kya scene hai? Is it genuinely a good home, ya bas paper pe hi sahi lagta hai? Especially interested in the amenities — swimming pool, gym sab dikhate hain, but are they actually usable, well-maintained? Aur carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Super area ke chakkar mein chhote flats nahi chahiye. Residents, share your honest feedback, please. Maintenance charges ka bhi idea chahiye. Is it worth the premium, ya alternatives better hain?

Yaar, 6 Cr se 9.6 Cr for a first home? That's insane. Is it really worth it? I mean, Adani is a big name, but this price range for Sector 102 seems a bit much for me. My budget is more around 2-3 Cr, so this feels completely out of reach. Kya itna premium justify hota hai?
Totally agree. Gurgaon mein toh prices sky-high ho gaye hain. Especially near Airport Road, it's just crazy. Finding
