Marketing brochures mein toh sab best dikhta hai, but real picture kya hai? Construction quality ka experience kaisa raha hai logon ka? After a year or two, did you face seepage issues, ya cracks waali dikkat? Aur amenities ka kya? Clubhouse and green areas, are they actually usable, ya bas naam ke liye hain? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur service uske hisaab se theek hai kya? Want honest, off-the-record opinions. Kya yeh worth it hai, ya I should look elsewhere?
