Visited Cyber City last week, aur prices dekh ke thoda shock laga. I work in real estate, but jab apni investment ki baat aati hai, it's a whole different game. Builders like Yashika Real Estate quotes are high for a 3BHK, around ₹1.8 Cr for a basic unit. I know how they play the super area vs carpet area game, that's why I'm extra cautious. Is there any area in Mohali jahan value mil sakti hai still? Matlab, where can one still find a good deal without paying premium for future growth jo already priced in hai? Sectors 65, 82-84 mein bhi prices upar hain. Are there any genuine price correction zones in Mohali? Koi tips for finding actual value, ya sab jagah over-priced ho gaya hai?

Bhai, totally relate! Hum bhi Mohali mein dekh rahe hain aur har jagah same story. Lagta hai ab bas investors hi khareed sakte hain.
Sahi kaha U1. Yashika Real Estate toh especially notorious hai for high quotes. Humne bhi check kiya tha, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali is just insane. That too 'basic unit' matlab amenities ka bhi pata nahi.
