I'm in real estate, but buying my own place is a whole different ballgame. Looking at Smartworld The Edition, brochure mein toh sab solid lagta hai. But ground reality kya hai? I know builders promise the moon, par actual construction quality after 6-12 months? Cracks, seepage, fittings loose — yeh sab common hai kya? My biggest worry is the snag list process. Log kitna fight karte hain for fixes? Aur after possession, maintenance charges vs actual service, is that value for money? I need real opinions on what to expect.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head. Smartworld ka naam toh suna hai, but ground reality is usually very different. Especially with a 2031 possession date, there's so much uncertainty. Builder ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai.
