Buying my own place in Mohali is harder than selling, honestly. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 82. Builders promise a lot about upcoming infrastructure boosting prices. Mohali mein yeh projects time pe complete hote hain kya? Ya sirf marketing hype hai? Kis area mein real work ho raha hai, off the record batao.

Totally relate! Mohali is a maze right now. Sector 82 sounds good on paper but have you checked the actual ground reality? Builders will show you fancy brochures, but often the 'upcoming infrastructure' is years away. I saw a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) where they promised a metro link, and it's still just a dusty road after 5 years. Don't fall for the hype, bhai. Ask for RERA completion dates, not just 'expected' ones.
