₹1.1 Cr budget, two projects, still confused. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is next-level headache. Its price range is much lower too. Is that extra crore for SBR Keerthi worth the under-construction gamble? Total cost of ownership for ongoing properties always shoots up with hidden charges. Am I too cynical? Change my mind.

Builder log shuruat mein kuch aur bolte hain, aur end tak toh GST, finishing charges, amenity charges, sab add kar dete hain. It's never just the base price they advertise. Manya Elite sounds like a safer bet just for that peace of mind. I've heard stories from friends in Akshayanagar who bought under-construction and regretted it.
