My loan is approved for a 3BHK at Godrej Properties in Sector 150, but honestly, the tax benefits part is giving me a huge headache. I work in real estate, so I see the Section 24 and 80C benefits thrown around, but it feels so complex when it's your own money. The construction-linked plan also complicates things. Is claiming the full interest really straightforward? What about capital gains if I sell in 5-7 years? Any tips on maximizing deductions for a ₹1.5 Cr property? It feels like there are always hidden catches.
