Been in this business for years, but buying my own place in Gurugram... it's a whole different ballgame. I'm looking near the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon corridor, and yaar, infra development ka impact clear dikh raha hai. Metro extensions aur new road links ne prices kaise badha diye hain, it's wild. Which specific pockets around Grand Hyatt do you guys think have seen the maximum appreciation due to this new connectivity? I know what builders don't tell you, but off the record, is it sustainable or just hype? Koi actual ground reality batao.

Totally relate, bhai! Gurugram mein property lena is a maze. Grand Hyatt ke paas toh prices sky-high ho gaye hain. Konsi specific pockets are still decent value, aur kya yeh growth sustainable hai?
Sahi kaha! I've been eyeing properties near Badshahpur. The connectivity to NH-48 and SPR is superb from there. But the prices for even a 2BHK are touching 1.2 Cr+. Lagta hai builders ne pura leverage kar liya hai infra development ka.
