Can brokers actually get better deals in Hayatpur?

Honestly, I'm starting to think brokers just add to the cost. For a Sunder Homes flat in Hayatpur, should I go direct to the builder or can a broker actually get a better spot discount? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, OP! Brokers just complicate things and add their cut. I tried finding a flat near Badshahpur directly, and the builder gave me a better rate than what the broker initially quoted. For Sunder Homes in Hayatpur, I'd say go direct first.
