Can CS Flamingo Floors genuinely deliver decent resale?

I made a mistake and assumed buying a completed floor would make remote investment straightforward. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, but looking at CS Flamingo Floors quoted at ₹2.35 Cr, I am seriously frustrated with conflicting ground feedback. Brokers are promising high rental yield, but actual occupancy rates seem questionable. Secondary market liquidity bhi kafi slow lag rahi hai. Is an exit realistically possible after 5 years, ya buyers interest nahi lete? Need candid ground reality before I arrange power of attorney.
